If I buy after the free period ends, do I need to reinstall?

No. Enter the key you receive after payment in Settings › License of the app you have been using, and every feature opens up again right away. Your settings and history stay as they were and remain viewable (new jobs after purchase).

What if the downloaded file won't open?

The .dmg is signed and notarized before distribution. If macOS still blocks it, let us know through Support — sending your macOS version and a screenshot of the error helps us look into it quickly.

How can I check that the file is safe?
