Terms of Service

ShouArchive Terms of Service · Effective October 15, 2026 · Seller: Beakbig

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using the ShouArchive app (the App) and its license and update renewals (the License Service). You may use the App and the License Service once you have read and agreed to these terms. The App's Settings › License links to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy; by proceeding with payment, starting the trial or continuing to use the App, you are deemed to have agreed to them.

ShouArchive is a macOS app downloaded from this site, sold as a one-time perpetual license with 1 year of updates. After that year, you can renew updates one year at a time if you wish. It includes profile management, API key management, artifact inspection, history, app build, job queue, app upload, device installation, re-signing, library, IPA cleanup, OTA distribution and store publishing. Prices are on the Pricing page.

2. Contracting party · Merchant of Record

Your contracting party for ShouArchive is the seller who publishes these terms.

  • Business name Beakbig · Representative Hyunjin Kang
  • Business registration no. 613-40-01820 (simplified taxpayer) · Mail-order business registration: Exempt
  • Business address 31 Dongtansunhwan-daero 20-gil, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea · Phone +82-502-6682-9359
  • Email support@shouarchive.beakbig.com

The same business information is also shown at the bottom of every page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Payment for ShouArchive is handled by Paddle (paddle.com) as the Merchant of Record. For payment, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle is the seller to you. These terms are the supplier terms (Supplier Agreement) referred to by Paddle, the part that sets the conditions for using the App. So these terms govern the App's license and scope of use, while payment, receipts and tax are governed by Paddle's terms.

  • The Merchant of Record terms and privacy policy published by Paddle apply together with these terms: Paddle Terms of Service, Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Privacy Policy.
  • Tax (VAT, GST and so on) varies by jurisdiction, and the amount you actually pay is calculated for your region and shown on Paddle's checkout screen.
  • Because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, the seller does not issue separate invoices to customers or request payment directly. All payments and settlements are handled by Paddle.

3. Eligibility and license

3.1. Eligibility

You may use the App if you are 14 or older. Anyone under 14 needs the consent of a legal guardian. There are no regional restrictions — however, payment methods are not offered to customers in countries or regions where Paddle cannot sell. Your account is for your own use, and you must not hand your license key or payment details to others.

3.2. License scope

One license lets you install and use the App on 2 Macs. To move to another Mac, free up that slot with "Deactivate" in Settings › License, then enter the key on the new Mac. A Mac still counts as the same Mac even if its name or network changes.

  • The license is for internal business use. Redistributing the App, selling, renting or transferring it to others, or uploading it to a public repository is not permitted.
  • The license has no time limit. Versions released within your update period can be used after that period ends. Versions released after your update period ends can be installed and activated only after you renew updates.
  • If a license is revoked or suspended because of a refund (of the first purchase), a chargeback, a violation of Section 6 or a personal-data erasure request, the App can no longer be used with that license.
  • This section applies equally during the trial period.

3.3. Scope of use of the App

Building, app upload, device installation, re-signing, OTA distribution and store publishing work with your own Apple and Google developer accounts and the certificates and provisioning profiles you hold, and may only be used for apps you developed or have the right to distribute. These features must be used in line with the rules of your Apple developer account and of each store.

4. Fees · payment · update renewal

4.1. Fees

The fee is US$29 for the first purchase (license + 1 year of updates), then US$15 a year for update renewal. Prices are shown in USD, and Paddle's checkout screen may show your local currency. Prices are shown excluding tax. At checkout, Paddle automatically calculates and adds tax for your region, so the amount calculated on Paddle's checkout screen is the amount you actually pay.

4.2. Payment

Payment is made on Paddle's checkout screen. Once payment is complete, the license key is sent to the email address you paid with. If payment is not completed, no license is issued and the update period is not extended.

4.3. Trial

ShouArchive offers a 14-day trial. The trial starts inside the App with no payment method, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. If the trial ends without a license key, profile management (including download, creation and device registration), artifact inspection, API key management and history (viewing records only) keep working; app build, job queue, app upload, device installation, re-signing, library, IPA cleanup, OTA distribution and store publishing can be used again after you buy.

Free period. Through December 31, 2026 (in the time zone set on your Mac), you can use every feature without a license. The trial is counted from the first time you open the app, regardless of the free period: when the free period ends, the trial ends immediately if 14 days have passed since then, and otherwise the rest of the trial continues. The seller may extend the free period and will announce any extension on this site and in the app.

4.4. Update renewal

  • The update period is 1 year from the date of your first purchase. When it ends, it renews automatically for 1 year, and the renewal fee is charged that day. We notify you 7 days before the renewal by email (to your payment address) and in the App.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. If you turn it off from the management link in Paddle's billing emails or in the App under Settings › License › "Manage billing…", you will not be charged from the next renewal on. The App does not stop even if you don't renew (Section 3.2).
  • If you renew again after the period has ended, a new year starts from that payment date.
  • If the renewal fee changes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance by email (to your payment address) and in the App, and apply it from the next renewal. Amounts for periods already paid do not change, and in regions where the law requires consent, the new amount is charged only after you consent. New prices are posted on the Pricing page first.
  • Customers in Korea may be asked to give separate consent on the checkout screen to continued payment through auto-renewal. This step is provided by Paddle in line with the relevant regulations.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. For both the first purchase and update renewals, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment. Refunding the first purchase revokes the license, deactivates every registered Mac and turns off auto-renewal. Refunding a renewal only moves the update period back to the date before the renewal. A chargeback on the first purchase revokes the license; a chargeback on a renewal payment only moves the update period back to before the renewal and turns off auto-renewal. The actual processing and transfer are done by Paddle, and this refund policy is no less favorable than Paddle's standard refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

6. Prohibited use

The following are not permitted. Violations may lead to suspension of the license under Section 11.

  • Bypassing or disabling the App's safeguards, such as payment verification, signature verification or the registered device count.
  • Using the App on more devices than registered, or sharing an account or license key with others.
  • Selling, renting or transferring the App, or redistributing it as part of a product that includes it.
  • Re-signing, or packaging and distributing as install files, apps you do not have the right to distribute (someone else's app, unauthorized copies and the like).
  • Using the ShouArchive name, trademarks or logo without permission, or impersonating ShouArchive.
  • Burdening the site or license server with automated requests or crawling.
  • Deleting or forging these terms or related documents without permission.

7. Third-party services

ShouArchive works together with the following third-party services. These terms do not replace those services' terms; each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

  • Apple — App Store Connect API, device registration, App Store submission and TestFlight upload.
  • Google — Google Play Console uploads and store listing management (Google Play Developer API).
  • Paddle — payment, tax, receipts, management and cancellation of automatic update renewal, refunds.
  • License server — license checks take place on a server run by the seller, Beakbig (business registration no. 613-40-01820) · contact support@shouarchive.beakbig.com. The server uses Workers from Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), and the database is in the Asia-Pacific region (the exact location within that region is determined by Cloudflare). What is sent is described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Resend — the email delivery service that sends license keys (Resend, Inc., USA).

8. Data handling

What data the App and services handle is explained in the Privacy Policy. In short, the files you inspect are read only on your Mac; the App contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site uses only cookieless visit statistics. The App sends the license key, a device identifier (hash), an installation identifier, the app version and the Mac model to the license server only when checking your license. Information needed for payment is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

9. Intellectual property

  • The rights to the App's code, design, name, trademarks, logo and documentation belong to Beakbig, which holds the related rights. These terms grant only the right of use that is needed.
  • Features in the App such as artifact inspection read files you own and show information about them, and are designed not to infringe any rights. If you use the App to infringe rights unrelated to these terms, you are responsible.
  • Notices and license texts for the open-source libraries included in the App are kept as they are.
  • Do not use the App's screenshots, icon or text in teaching materials or advertising without our permission.

10. Warranty and liability

10.1. Warranty

The App and services are provided as is, without any guarantee that they will work without errors. You should first check that they work in your environment and make backups before important work.

10.2. Limitation of liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages or for loss of data caused to you. In any case, liability is limited to the amount you actually paid under these terms in the last 12 months. However, this limit does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence. Where the law does not allow this limitation, that part does not apply.

11. Changes and termination

  • If these terms change, the new effective date is shown on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify you in advance through the App or at the email address you paid with.
  • Changes apply from the time they are posted. If you keep using the App or renew updates after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed terms.
  • You can turn off automatic update renewal at any time. Your license and these terms remain in effect when you do.
  • If a violation of these terms or fraudulent use is found, we may suspend the license after first notifying you by email. The license may be suspended if the problem is not fixed within 30 days of a request to correct it. The App locks under a suspended license, and the license is restored once the problem is fixed. This includes sharing license keys and illegally distributing the App. Notices are sent to the email address you used to buy, and inquiries go to support@shouarchive.beakbig.com.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

Please first try to resolve problems through the Support page. If that does not resolve it, the laws of the Republic of Korea apply, and the court of first instance is the court with jurisdiction over the seller's business address. These terms contain no arbitration clause. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live apply regardless of these terms. If a provision of these terms does not apply because of such mandatory rules, the rest of the terms remain in effect without that provision.

13. Contact

Send questions about these terms to support@shouarchive.beakbig.com. For refunds, the fastest route is also to send your payment email and order number to that address (the seller requests the refund from Paddle right away). Questions about receipts and tax are also handled through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. Business information is in Section 2 and at the bottom of the page.
