Get your license key again

We’ll send the same key again to the email address you used to pay.

Good to know

Keys are sent only to the email address used for the purchase. Nothing is sent to an address without a purchase.
You get the same key again. Macs you already registered keep working.
If you ask many times in a short period, sending pauses for a while.
If you mistyped your email at checkout, send the payment date and what appears on your card statement to support@shouarchive.beakbig.com.
If you think someone else knows your key, change your key to get a new one. The old key will stop working.

Click the “Register in the app” link in the email on the Mac where ShouArchive is installed.
If the link doesn’t open the app, go to Settings › License › Enter key… in ShouArchive and enter your purchase email and the key.
